The actress became famous for her role as high school pupil Peyton Sawyer's character from One Tree Hill. Apart from her television professional career, she is known for her roles on the reality series Our Absolutely Normal Teenage Behavioral and The Secret Life of Bees. She played a prominent role on the America Network's White Collar. One of her most well-known roles her role as Dr. Lauren Boswell on the medical drama Grey's Anatomy. Some of her most recent appearances have included Molly Dawes, a character in ABC The Drama Forever. In CBS' scifi show Extant. She is known for her work in The Summer Villa Surprised By Love Christmas on the Bayou & The True-Love Tale of Boyfriend & Girlfriend. Hilarie has received praise for her performance as Sara Ellis in the TV reboot of the movie series Lethal Weapon in 2017. She also supports several charities and participates in numerous charities.
